পর্যটন বান্ধব কুয়াকাটা বাস্তবায়নে পরিকল্পনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত।

ট্যুরিস্ট পুলিশ ও কুয়াকাটা পৌরসভার যৌথ আয়োজনে আজ বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে কুয়াকাটা পৌর সভা মিলনায়তনে পর্যটন বান্ধব কুয়াকাটা বাস্তবায়নে পরিকল্পনা সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। এতে সহযোগিতা করেছেন মাল্টিপার্টি এ্যাডভোকেসি (এমএএফ) পটুয়াখালী।
কুয়াকাটা পৌর মেয়র আনোয়ার হাওলাদারের সভাপতিত্বে আয়োজিত সভায় প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্য রাখেন ট্যুরিস্ট পুলিশ কুয়াকাটা রিজিওন এর অতিরিক্ত পুলিশ সুপার মোঃ আবুল কালাম আজাদ। বিশেষ অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন ট্যুরিস্ট পুলিশ কুয়াকাটা জোনের পুলিশ পরিদর্শক আবু হাসনাইন পারভেজ, মোঃ হুমায়ূন কবির, মাল্টিপাটি এ্যাডভোকেসী ফোরাম পটুয়াখালীর সাধারন সম্পাদক এ্যাডভোকেট মজিবুর রহমান টোটন, ডেমোক্রেসি ইন্টারন্যাশনালের আঞ্চলিক ব্যবস্থাপ দিপু হাফিজুর রহমান প্রমুখ।
সভায় আওয়ামী লীগ, বিএনপি, জাতীয় পার্টি, জাসদসহ বিভিন্ন সামাজিক সাংস্কৃতিক সংগঠন, পর্যটন নির্ভর বিভিন্ন শ্রেণি-পেশার মানুষ উপস্থিত ছিলেন। এছাড়াও মহিপুর থানা পুলিশ এবং গণমাধ্যম কর্মীরা অংশগ্রহণ করেন।
সভায় বক্তারা পরিকল্পিত পর্যটন নগরী গড়ে তোলা, পরিচ্ছন্ন সৈকত, বিনোদন ব্যবস্থা, পর্যটনের শৃঙ্খলা ফিরিয়ে আনা,পর্যটক হয়রানি বন্ধে উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ, সৈকত ভাঙ্গন রোধে গুরুত্বারোপ করা হয়। সভায় অংশগ্রহণকারী ব্যাক্তিরা কুয়াকাটা পর্যটনের পরিবেশ রক্ষা করে পর্যটন উন্নয়ন করার জন্য সুপারিশ করেন।
সভা সঞ্চালনা করেন মাল্টিপাটি এ্যাডভোকেসী ফোরামের যুগ্ম-সাধারন সম্পাদক (আওয়ামী লীগ) ও পটুয়াখালী জেলা টেলিভিশন সাংবাদিক ফোরামের সাধারন সম্পাদক মুজাহিদুল ইসলাম প্রিন্স।
